Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Policy
At ZidiMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Certain items are not eligible for return (see non-returnable items below)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Digital products (software, e-books, etc.)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to start the return process. Alternatively, contact our customer service at returns@zidimart.com.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the return form: Print and complete the return form that will be emailed to you and include it in your package.
- Ship your return: You may use any courier service of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate on the return form that you want an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund or store credit instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zidimart.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
