What's Covered

  • Battery performance below 80% of original capacity within warranty period (for applicable devices)

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, cosmetic damage)
  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Damage from exposure to liquids or extreme environments
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, bulbs) unless failure occurs under normal use within warranty period

International Warranty

Products purchased from ZidiMart come with international warranty coverage in all countries where the manufacturer has authorized service centers. Please contact us for specific coverage in your region.

Warranty Transfer

The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the product is sold within the warranty period. The new owner must provide proof of original purchase date and complete a warranty transfer form available from our support team.
